Shipping policy
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2–3 business days after placing your order for processing. BINDU will contact you with a follow-up email.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more — no code needed, discount applied automatically at checkout.
Standard Shipping (United States) For orders under $200, shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
- Orders up to 5 lbs: $8.00
- Orders between 5–15 lbs: $14.00
- Orders over 15 lbs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight via USPS.

- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your package.
- Free shipping applies to the subtotal of your order, before taxes and fees.
