Shipping & Returns
Order Processing We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2–3 business days after placing your order for processing. BINDU will contact you with a follow-up email.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Returns
We hope that you love what you ordered from BINDU. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it easy to return your item.
Return Window Full-price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all tags and accessories attached and in original packaging, including the original invoice. We will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with original tags removed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
Self-Service Returns Returning an item is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your BINDU account at onlinebindu.com.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item you'd like to return.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your return request.
- Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1–2 business days.
- Fill out and include the Returns Merchandise Form with your original receipt or packing slip — this helps us identify your items once received.
- Repack merchandise securely in its original container if available.
- Affix the label and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
📝 Note: We strongly recommend saving your return tracking number until you have been notified that your refund has been completed.

Return Shipping Fee A flat return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label. This covers the cost of the label we provide.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original form of payment. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Your credit will be reflected on your next credit card statement.
Exchanges BINDU does not currently offer direct exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications, including cancellations.
International Shipping & Returns International duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you are outside the USA, please clearly state "RETURNS" as the reason for sending on all customs and duties paperwork. Failure to do so may result in duty charges being passed on to you.
The $9.95 prepaid label fee applies to domestic returns only. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Refunds for international returns will be processed within 10 days of BINDU receiving the returned goods in their original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
